Shipping policy

We ship most orders out of our Lakewood, Colorado shop. Some products on rsgoffroad.com are fulfilled directly by their manufacturer (Lil B's Fab, Cali Raised LED, and others). Where the product ships from changes a few of the rules below.

Order Processing

Most stocked items ship within 2 to 3 business days. Rock sliders and other made-to-order RSG products carry a fabrication lead time noted on each product page and confirmed in your order email.

Carriers

We use FedEx, UPS, USPS, and freight carriers within the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping Rates (RSG-Fulfilled Products)

  • 4Runner and Lexus GX rock sliders: flat $150 freight, lower 48
  • Tacoma rock sliders: flat $250 freight, lower 48
  • Skid plates: flat $120 freight, lower 48
  • Apparel: flat $20, lower 48
  • Other items: rate calculated at checkout

Shipping Rates (Manufacturer-Fulfilled Products)

Lil B's Fab bumpers and Cali Raised LED products ship directly from their manufacturer with rates calculated at checkout.

Lil B's Fab bumpers ship freight only and cannot be delivered to a residential address. You must provide either a business address with a forklift or loading dock, or a FedEx freight terminal where you will pick up the bumper. Please confirm the closest FedEx freight terminal to your location before ordering.

Alaska and Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional fees apply based on weight and value, and delivery typically takes a minimum of 5 business days. Rock sliders and other freight items are delivered to a freight terminal only, unless you pay additional fees for home delivery. Our team will contact you with the freight quote before charging the order.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Rural and Remote Deliveries

Deliveries to rural areas may take longer due to limited carrier access. In rare cases, additional freight fees apply. We will contact you with options before charging anything.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours at orders@rsgoffroad.com if anything is defective, damaged, or wrong. Photos help us file the carrier claim quickly. Damaged-in-transit items are not your responsibility when reported within the 48-hour window.
