Refund policy

Returns

You can return most products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All hardware and accessories must be included
  • Custom-made, special-order, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Wheels and tires that have been mounted, electrical items that have been installed, and powder-coated items that have been installed are not returnable

Manufacturer-Fulfilled Products

Some products on rsgoffroad.com are fulfilled directly by their manufacturer (Lil B's Fab, Cali Raised LED, and others). Returns, exchanges, and cancellations on those products follow the manufacturer's policy and timeline. Contact us first at orders@rsgoffroad.com and we will coordinate with the manufacturer.

Starting a Return

Email orders@rsgoffroad.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will issue you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and instructions on where to ship the product.

Write the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package and include a copy of your invoice inside. We strongly recommend repackaging fragile items with sufficient padding. We are not responsible for products that are damaged on the return trip.

Restocking Fees

  • Most products: 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns, deducted from the refund
  • Rock sliders: 15% cancellation fee plus 15% restocking fee, due to the made-to-order nature of the product

Return Shipping

Return shipping is your responsibility. The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable. If your order had free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost we paid will be deducted from the refund.

If returned products arrive in less-than-resalable condition, a repackaging or damaged-goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours of order placement, before the order has shipped: full cancellation, no fee
  • After 24 hours, before shipment: 10% cancellation fee on regular orders, 15% cancellation fee plus 15% restocking fee on rock slider orders
  • Once a shipping label has been created or the order has shipped: cancellation is not possible. Follow the return process above.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours at orders@rsgoffroad.com if anything is defective, damaged, or wrong. Photos help us file the carrier claim quickly. Damaged-in-transit items are not your responsibility when reported within the 48-hour window.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned product arrives at our facility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refunds do not include:

  • Original shipping cost
  • Restocking fees
  • Cancellation fees

Exchanges

To exchange a product, return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. Email us at orders@rsgoffroad.com if you need help coordinating timing.
