Thank you for choosing RSG Off-Road. Our products are built to take real abuse on real terrain. Here is how we stand behind them.

RSG-Made Products

RSG warrants that all RSG-manufactured products (rock sliders, skid plates, body mount chop kits) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 2 years from the date of purchase.

If you believe your product has a workmanship or material defect, contact us at orders@rsgoffroad.com to start a claim. We will inspect the product and verify that the issue was not caused by:

• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Improper installation
• Negligence, abuse, or off-spec use
• Normal wear and tear

If the defect is confirmed to be due to materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product. RSG is not liable for any charges, expenses, or costs related to installation, removal, or repair labor.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The terms, processes, and policies in this warranty are subject to change without notice.

Powder Coat

Powder coat is the highest-quality finish available, but depending on your environment and exposure, it can fade or develop surface marks over time. Cosmetic powder coat changes are not covered under warranty.

Manufacturer-Fulfilled Products

Some products on rsgoffroad.com are made and fulfilled by their manufacturer:

• Cali Raised LED: 2-year warranty on Cali Raised products covering defects in workmanship and materials. Same exclusions as above.
• Lil B's Fab: warranty per Lil B's terms.

For any warranty claim on a manufacturer-fulfilled product, contact us at orders@rsgoffroad.com and we will route the claim to the manufacturer.

Starting a Warranty Claim

Email orders@rsgoffroad.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A short description of when and how you noticed it

We typically respond within 2 business days.
